Responsibilities
As a Data Entry professional at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Entering data into our database with high accuracy
- Updating and maintaining database information
- Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors
- Ensuring data privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Generating reports and performing data analysis as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with the ability to work at a high level of productivity
- Proficiency with data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
