Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web, addressing billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Call Management: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively identify solutions to common customer questions, ensuring seamless interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).

- Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
