Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our American Express Virtual Customer Care team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and sales experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable American Express SBS products.
- Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other elements of American Express Private Business Services.
- Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.

Essential Qualifications
