Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Research Administrator Trainer to assist our team in creating comprehensive training materials for research administrators. As a Research Administrator Trainer, you'll play a critical role in helping new research administrators onboard by familiarizing them with hospital policies and day-to-day job duties. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of training materials for research administrators, including developing comprehensive training programs, manuals, and guides.
- Support new research administrators in understanding hospital policies and daily responsibilities, providing one-on-one training and feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams and faculty members to ensure that training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures related to research administration.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of research administrators.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research administration and training development.
Essential Qualifications
- Training Development: Experience in developing training materials and programs for research administrators.
- Research Administration: Strong knowledge of research administration principles, practices, and regulations.
- Training Instruction: Experience in providing training and instruction to research administrators.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise training materials.
- Experience with Grants: Experience working with grants and grant management systems.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
