**About the Role**
As a Technical Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for our 500+ aviation support professionals and staff. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify training needs and develop strategies to meet them, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our team members and drive business results
* Lead a team of trainers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training experiences

**Essential Qualifications**
