**Key Responsibilities**
As a Team Lead Data Processing, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating tasks assigned by the company's Regulation Managers to the Data Entry Specialists
* Organizing the working schedules of the Data Entry Specialists
* Liaising with all workflow participants and acting as the point of contact to progress actions
* Providing and maintaining documentation
* Implementing, optimizing, and automating workflows
* Writing Requirements For Other Teams
* Conducting individual coaching and group training sessions
* Performing quality checks
* Managing your team
* Providing reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual Data Entry Specialists
* Training new Data Entry team members on the workflows
* Managing the Data Entry team
* Coordinating tasks and work schedules
* Performing quality checks
* Providing Reports
* Conducting trainings
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field
* 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist and non-Data Entry Specialist teams
* Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
* Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form
* Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
* Strong attention to detail
* Understanding of large language models (LLM)
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with data operations software and tools
* Knowledge of data analysis and processing techniques
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
