Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing personalized support to our customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries, ensuring that customers have the most up-to-date and relevant information.
- Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations, including ticket changes and cancellations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize blithequark's systems and tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze situations and find solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
