With a strong focus on safety, security, and customer satisfaction, we're dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. **How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage to and from aircraft. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and security. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities** * Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguard Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborate with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on safety and security.
