Key Responsibilities

- Build Relationships with New Customers: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Respond to Customer Queries: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
- Promote Client Products and Services: Promote interest in client products and services.
- Consistently Achieve Established Standards: Consistently achieve established standards of the position.

- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team.

Essential Qualifications
