**Job Summary**
As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of healthcare plans, tools, and resources. Your role will involve:
* Answering incoming phone calls from members, providers, and clients regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, and other related topics
* Creating written correspondence if issues are not resolved during the call
* Routing inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conducting routine case checks as needed
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences to members, providers, and clients via phone, email, and chat
* Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of healthcare plans, tools, and resources
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* 1 year of prior experience with Microsoft Office
