**The Impact You Can Make**
As a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you'll be the primary financial resource for our rapidly growing online business IT capability. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing, implementing, and analyzing the annual budget, ongoing financial forecasts, and a five-year strategic plan
* Creating tools and reports that provide insights to the business
* Collaborating with senior leadership to drive key decisions in the online business IT space
**You'll Achieve These Objectives By:**
* Supporting the development of the critical financial plan for the online business IT business in collaboration with senior leaders
* Aiding the advancement of financial strategies, plans, and processes to improve efficiency and cost savings within the online business IT capability
* Working closely with the online business IT team to integrate plans and forecasts, as well as analyze real financial performance and trends
* Key partner in driving digital transformation as arenaflex moves to a more agile working model and rebalances its freelance and internal resource mix
* Executing tools, processes, and reporting that enhance precision and identify growth and cost optimization opportunities
* Driving the capital planning process by collaborating with our PMO and Finance teams, including approval and post-mortem analysis to enhance the financial resource allocation for digital and online business initiatives
* Collaborating with online business and finance partners to integrate digital, online business, and IT finance plans and forecasts into the overall financial system
* Leading ad-hoc financial analysis as directed, specifically focusing on digital, online business, and IT finance-related topics
* Providing leadership and direction to Financial Analyst(s) within the FP&A team, ensuring their work aligns with digital, online business, and IT finance requirements
**The Fundamentals for Success**
* 4 years of professional financial experience in a retail or consumer products association
* Experience in a financial support role in a retail class management environment
* Experience with agile working models, as well as technology support and related financials is a plus
* College degree in finance, business, or related field, MBA preferred
* High-level analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret findings, communicate effectively, and make recommendations
* Capability in cutting-edge Success and Access skills
* Ability to influence leaders through financial analysis and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build teams, processes, and models that deliver desired results
* Innate curiosity regarding managing activities and financial results
* A strong drive to see individual and organizational efforts lead to bottom-line results
* Knowledge of financial cycles and internal controls
* Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
* Capability in MS Office, SAP, or Business Intelligence frameworks is useful
* Previous FP&A experience is highly preferred
