Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and help build the ultimate home experience on the IOS platform. This role is specifically focused on supporting Homekit security cameras and video processing, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in IOS programming and a passion for innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Homekit security cameras and video processing on the IOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including human interface designers, privacy, security, and other organizations across blithequark and our partners
- Design and implement high-level consumer interfaces, write history processing and networking code, and develop frameworks used by different teams at blithequark
- Optimize and improve software performance, including fast live video begin and short access to recorded videos
- Work closely with other IOS engineering groups to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of IOS programming experience, preferably with Swift and Objective-C
- Strong programming abilities and a deep understanding of optimization and performance issues across OS software layers
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
