**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building models and algorithms using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
* Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
* Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers.
* Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of data-driven solutions.
* Working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models.
* Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks, to develop and deploy machine learning models.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and analytics, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in a related field.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure or Databricks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and developing data-driven solutions to business problems.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, or a related field.
* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI.
