**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to lead our analytics efforts in retail strategic health analytics. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop analytics solutions that drive business priorities. You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis will help us uncover insights and propose solutions to complex business problems.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics solutions that drive business priorities
* Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
* Use strong understanding in algorithms and predictive models to suggest approaches, investigate issues, discover patterns, and propose solutions
* Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business issues using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses
* Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to present and discuss analytics results and solutions
* Use strong programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms
**Requirements:**
* 3 years of relevant analytic experience
* Experience programming using R or Python
* Experience in SQL
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
* Master's degree or PhD preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical standards and implications to business partners
* Anticipates and prevents issues and roadblocks before they occur
* Strong understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
* Demonstrates expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Competitive salary range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
* Eligible for a CVS Health bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range
