Job Overview
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Adventures group, you will play a crucial role in spearheading impromptu item examination and building foundational data solutions for a deeper understanding of our Walmart clients. You will work closely with our Item Supervisory crew to extend our setup of client-centered items by identifying and assessing new item opportunities and proposing adaptable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Tidying up and preparing data for analysis by eliminating errors, identifying exceptions, and transforming data into a format that can be examined.
- Investigating data and analyzing it for insights using statistical methods to test theories, identify patterns, and make predictions.
- Producing programming languages, particularly Python.
- Moving toward issues sensibly and making informed decisions based on the data.
- Ensuring accuracy in data analysis with meticulousness and recognizing irregularities or errors in data.
- Clearly conveying findings, both written and orally, to non-technical partners. This includes creating dashboards and reports that communicate insights to partners using tools like Power BI/Scene/Succeed.
- Creating solutions for business issues using data-driven approaches.
- Collaborating with other developers, designers, and management teams, understanding their needs, and providing them with valuable data insights.
- Understanding the ethical implications of data use, storage, and analysis, particularly concerning privacy and security.
Essential Qualifications
- Solid analytical data analysis skills and the ability to create insightful, data-driven proposals and solutions.
- Proficiency in languages used to control data and draw insights from large data collections (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience in providing end-client support and investigating for Information Quality issues.
- Related knowledge in the retail or finance business areas.
- Convincing, influential oral and written communication skills and the ability to build functional relationships.
- Comfort with adapting to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms.
- Certifications in data analysis or related fields.
