**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Network Security Operations team, working closely with our cybersecurity experts to identify, mitigate, and respond to potential security threats. You'll be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex security incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security protocols, and providing expert guidance on data security best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with business stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and develop high-quality technical solutions to address security and compliance requirements
* Ensure that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and regulatory standards
* Manage project timelines, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions
* Serve as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams
* Participate in system and acceptance testing
* Scope of work may vary depending on the project task
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
* Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management principles, theories, and practices
* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
* Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
* Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
* Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program is preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders is preferred
* Basic knowledge of technical environments is required
* Openness to Agile philosophies is preferred
* Coursework or experience related to Network Security is preferred
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines is required
* Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year is preferred
* Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition is preferred
* Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic
* Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a data entry or cybersecurity role
* Familiarity with data security frameworks and regulations
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
* Knowledge of cloud-based security solutions
* Experience with incident response and threat hunting
* Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
* Experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing
