**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct needs analysis with business clients to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
* Manage projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
* Participate in system and acceptance testing to ensure high-quality results
* Work closely with our Incident Response Team to identify, mitigate, and recover from digital threats
* Develop and maintain knowledge of data security and risk management standards, best practices, and emerging trends
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats to ensure our systems remain secure and compliant
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, information technology)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management standards, best practices, and emerging trends
* Experience with ServiceNow Administration, GRC, or similar platforms (desired)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm or similar platforms
* Coursework or experience related to network security and cybersecurity
* Experience in a similar role or investigator entry-level position
* Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
* Familiarity with Agile philosophies and methodologies
