As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Customer Research and Analytics, you will be part of the Digital Analytics & Customer Research Team in the Customer Experience Analytics organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing actionable and well-timed insights through custom and syndicated studies
* Collaborating with internal customers to identify research needs, organizing study objectives, and selecting methodological approaches
* Implementing large-scale research tasks, analyzing data, and creating related reports
* Presenting findings to leadership and internal customers in a clear and concise manner
**Key Responsibilities**
The Analyst function's key roles and responsibilities will be recognized in three areas:
* **Customer Satisfaction Tracking Data**: Provides updates concerning customer satisfaction trends and drivers of our customer's Likelihood to Recommend (LTR) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
* **Ad-Hoc Research**: Designs and implements ad-hoc research tasks to meet the needs of internal customers; this may include creating, launching, and analyzing online surveys, airport intercepts, usability research, and/or focus groups
* **Voice of the Customer and Journey Analytics**: Develops long-term vision and readiness for a VOC and Customer Journey Analytics application for arenaflex; integrates multiple sources of customer interaction (quant/qual, social, complaints, chat, call, digital, etc.) to provide a holistic view of a customer's experience
**What You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* **Minimum Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
+ 3+ years of labor experience
+ Experience in transforming raw data into significant insights
* **Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or social sciences
+ Feedback Management systems/systems experience desired
+ Moderator experience preferred
+ 3+ years of labor experience in an analytical area such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Insights, Marketing
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a succinct layout and concisely present findings to executive-level audiences
* Extremely prepared and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly react to changing business needs while meeting company deadlines
* Self-motivator who can work independently, as well as in a team environment, and drive development in an ambiguous environment
* Client-service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with partners in both business, operations, and technology
* Experience in the use of SPSS statistical software, online survey software, Voice of the Customer or Enterprise software such as Medallia and Qualtrics is preferred
* Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required; experience in SQL is preferred
