About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of data enthusiasts at arenaflex. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in helping us unlock the full potential of our data assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives.
- Develop and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and apply them to drive business value.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with data pipelines.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
