**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Real Estate Analytics Team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and informing strategic decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing and maintaining data models, and creating data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with our Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support business growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead efforts with data evaluation, reviews, and enforcing tactics to enhance the productivity and accuracy of reporting
* Aid in the development of new tactics/equipment/reviews to support the performance of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities
* Conduct an evaluation to drive cost savings based on airport lease allotments and station staffing
* Collect and manage raw data easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings suitable across all levels of Leadership
* Drive answers and provide recommendations about the Real Estate analytical toolset
* Maintain and improve the Real Estate analytical toolset; including defining content control structures, workflows, and templates, and determining on-site access permissions
* Assist Leadership with data gathering, evaluation, and reporting associated with department-driven metrics
* Use analytics data education and data visualization tools to acquire and recognize large complex data sets surrounding Company operational performance
* Work in a cooperative spirit mentoring teammates and partnering with other Company data teams
* Anticipate problems, and communicate solutions in a timely manner
* Provide education to internal Customers on reporting groups and methodologies
* May perform other activity responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Knowledge of business and control standards involved in strategic planning, financial tracking, aid modeling, and maintenance practices
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including robust Excel experience (pivot tables, search functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
* Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data including turning raw data into meaningful data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
* Skilled in enhancing present data solutions while balancing assigned work and ad-hoc requests
* Skilled in using logic and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or processes to problems
* Ability to research design techniques, tools, and standards involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
* Ability to apply various methodologies and high-level statistical concepts to discover new insights or conventional metrics
* Ability to correctly communicate data (written, verbal, and visual) with all levels of the Company, including Senior Leadership
* Ability to gather data using both SQL and data transformation tools including Alteryx
* Ability to identify and analyze trends in large units of data
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Ability to initiate tasks, perform responsibilities, respond to inquiries, provide unique or creative ideas and develop innovative approaches to solve a problem without direction or supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
* Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python
**Education**
* High School Diploma or GED
**Experience**
* Advanced degree experience, pro and specialized knowledge in:
+ Analyst or equivalent function
+ Data series and analysis
+ Designing and producing file dashboards
