**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring that our stores are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and data visualization to identify trends and provide actionable insights
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Produce reports for senior leadership to audit and use, and present findings to stakeholders
* Build expertise and knowledge, including self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Direct senior/direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
* 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in retail or ASDS
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leadership and project management
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Store insight and ASDS experience
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and data visualization
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
