As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, presenting results to a wide range of audiences, and guiding less experienced staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
- Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Develop arrangements from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences.
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and foster significant insights and recommendations to the management team, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Guide less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects and presenting to the management team.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
- Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
- Proficient in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
