About the Role
As a Full-Time Customer Success Team Member at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, support, and guidance throughout their journey with our company. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone or email to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide updates on current and new orders.
- Order Management: Create, edit, and manage sales orders, quotes, and invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Product Research: Research apparel products and promotional items using our Sage database to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Base Management: Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools by building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders and ensure seamless customer success.
- Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Shipping and Logistics: Create UPS shipments and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Travel: Travel to conferences in the spring and fall to represent Blithequark and build relationships with customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our Sage database.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the apparel or promotional products industry.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or account management.
- Database Experience: Experience working with databases or CRM systems.
