**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, to help us continuously improve
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, every time
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
* Comfort and confidence using computers, including our CRM system and other software applications
* Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or WFH environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
