**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and insurance recommendations to our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide expert advice, and identify new opportunities for growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide expert insurance recommendations, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide informed advice and guidance
* Collaborate with our team to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business success
* Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
**Requirements**
* Licensed P&C Agent (Property and Casualty Insurance License)
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Strong technical background, with the ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountable and reliable, with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
