As part of our VSP (Supplier Achievement Software) Group, you'll have the exciting opportunity to assist in and deliver on a method for managing vendors for Amazon Retail US. You'll work closely with our internal teams and Amazon's companies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results. Your expertise in commercial enterprise strategy, vendor management, and negotiation will be essential in building strong relationships with our vendor partners and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * **Commercial Enterprise Growth** + Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and success for our Amazon vendor partners + Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement + Collaborate with internal teams and Amazon's companies to implement solutions that drive results + Manage and supply against complex goals where approach is not defined + Balance short-term promotional partner desires with long-term strategic funding * **Relationship Building and Management** + Build and cultivate relationships with vendors to your team's portfolio + Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders + Provide exceptional customer service and support to vendors + Investigate vendor delight survey effects to identify trends and areas for improvement * **Process Excellence** + Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development of functions and programs + Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiency and work to simplify + Develop and implement process improvements that drive growth and improve vendor experience **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * 3 years of client or seller going through roles with a focus in relationship control and negotiation skills * Proven ability to analyze facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Desired Qualifications** * Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate overall performance drivers and discover insights * Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and outside stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with superb verbal and written communication * Experience with Amazon vendor management and growth strategy **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions for the retail industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for commercial enterprise strategy and vendor management, we want to hear from you.
