Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our freezers, coolers, and deli areas, while also providing exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of our freezers, coolers, and deli areas, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality products are taken care of and available for our members, including verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional service to our members, including answering questions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.
• Follow Company policies and procedures related to food handling, equipment operation, and Cold Chain procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment, preferably in a stocker or customer service role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Previous experience in a freezer, cooler, or deli environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, with opportunities for additional compensation in the form of premiums. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
