Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to discuss metrics, usage, and future goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and offering tailored best practices and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and improve the product experience, developing technical documentation, FAQs, and guides to empower customers.
- Provide expert technical support, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations, and drive customer engagement through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 2 years in customer-facing positions (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sr. Support Engineer).
- A strong understanding of networking, VPNs, and security principles, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams, with a collaborative and flexible approach to work.
Preferred Skills
