**Responsibilities**
As a Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging with families to understand their financial challenges and goals
* Educating and guiding clients through personalized strategies
* Building lasting relationships and being a trusted representative for financial wellbeing

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities
* No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus
