About the Role
The Beats, Accessories, and Home Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the global Sales organization, leading demand generation efforts, and providing analytical support for sales operations. This is a high-visibility position that requires strong financial acumen, business acumen, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Sales Organization: Drive the Beats, Accessories, and Home business by providing financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to the global Sales organization.
- Lead Demand Generation and Forecasting: Lead demand generation and forecasting efforts from current quarter to long-range business planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Analytical Support: Provide analytical support to the weekly sales operating cadence, establishing reporting and models to evaluate performance and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with WW Supply & Demand Planning, Product Marketing Finance, Sales, FP&A, and local finance & sales teams to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
- Business Insights and Recommendations: Present business updates to executive leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ Years of Experience: 6+ years of sales, finance, or business development related work experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing, developing, and coaching a team, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.

- Complex Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis, with a strong understanding of data visualization and presentation techniques.
