About the Role
The Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2 is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll lead experience and transformational improvement development for unconventional healthcare consumer experiences, working independently with minimal direction, and making decisions regarding your own work methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their preferences and linkages to related areas
- Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and receive guidance where needed
- Lead cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring compatibility, operational, and integration across all customer experiences
- Manage priorities to bring the right level of attention and budget needs to initiatives that will have the most significant impact on the portfolio
- Develop and track key KPIs, and stay up-to-date with market and industry trends
- Utilize data visualization and metrics to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team and organizational level
- Collaborate with partners to deliver a compelling story about the portfolio's overall value proposition
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding the strategic, operational, and tactical needs of target customers
- Strong proficiency in business case development and cost-benefit analysis
- A track record of structuring a data-driven approach to complex business problems
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, Monday.com, and Lucid
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
