We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Evening Shift Customer Support Representative to join our team, working on behalf of internal clients to provide top-notch shareholder communications support.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring they have the most up-to-date details to make informed decisions. This will involve speaking with customers, updating them on any inaccuracies in the information they have received, and directing them to the correct voting channels. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in getting the message out to customers and ensuring they understand the correct course of action.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service and data entry, with a minimum of 6 months of experience. You should have a good speaking voice, excellent grammar and English speaking skills, and the ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking. Additionally, you will need to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
