**The Role**
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your ability to provide timely and effective solutions will be crucial in building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
* Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
* Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
* Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support
**Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
* Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
* Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
* Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
* Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
* Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in using project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
