Job Summary
As an Education Program Coordinator at Skooli, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with our Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating tutoring program schedules, communicating with tutors and students, and providing daily support to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Scheduling and Content Coordination: Collaborate with district clients to coordinate tutoring program schedules and content, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals.
- Tutoring Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of tutoring programs, including staffing, student attendance, and proactive conflict resolution.
- Communication and Support: Provide timely and efficient support to clients, tutors, and students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Tutor Management: Organize tutor schedules, ensure tutor participants are informed of program requirements, and critically review tutor sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Engagement: Conduct engaging client meetings to determine needs for personalized tutoring programs and create informative collateral to communicate program details to interested parties.
- Collaboration and Administrative Duties: Collaborate with the Skooli Sales Team, Operations Team, and other stakeholders to ensure staffing needs are met, and perform administrative duties as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, communications, business) is required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in online customer support, project management, and/or education is considered an asset.
- Communication Skills: Great communicator in English with outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Computer Skills: Confident computer user with experience in fast-paced working environments.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and manage time effectively.
- Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education Sector Experience: Experience working in the education sector, particularly in online tutoring or project management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology platforms, software applications, and tools used in online tutoring.
