Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced live chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape our conversational AI client servicing products, driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining item requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience
