As a Data Reporting Analyst at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in enabling the People Systems Team and presenting statistical solutions and analytics to internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, maintaining, communicating, and reporting on various data sets. You will also collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the Workday tool, including HCM, compensation, payroll, recruiting, absence, and knowledge management beneficial areas. As a strategic problem-solver and expert communicator, you will utilize your modern mindset to energy the future of blithequark.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or GED. Entry-level experience in relevant statistics, analytical, or problem-solving roles is also required. You should be skilled in the knowledge of thoughts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, as well as personnel statistics.
While not essential, preferred qualifications include experience in adjusting actions in terms of others' actions, using correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem-solving. You should also be skilled in talking to others to hold statistics effectively, collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating statistics, and turning raw statistics into tremendous statistics using statistics-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to speak statistics and mind in speaking so others will understand. You should also be able to apply famous guidelines to particular problems to offer answers that make sense and take note of and understand statistics and mind presented through spoken words and sentences.
