**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders and maintain accurate records in our database
* Screen and handle telephone calls in a proficient and professional manner
* Maintain approved filing systems, including archiving and retrieval of Protest of Assignments
* Perform mailings, including bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed
* Copy, fax, and scan requested materials by deadline as directed
* Prepare meeting materials as directed
* Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets for routine and special projects
* Perform other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed
**Requirements**
* High school degree or equivalent
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service
* Familiarity with database management systems
* Experience with mailings and correspondence
