**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high-quality data, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and quality
* Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with precision and attention to detail
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Client Experience:**
* Greet customers and patients with a smile, offering assistance and support with products and services
* Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience
* Model and promote excellent customer service practices, including communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
**Activities:**
* Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers
* Recommend products and services to customers, suggesting upgrades and complementary items
* Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, stock, and records
* Execute loss prevention strategies to minimize benefit loss
* Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances
* Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
* Assist with food item separation and product arrangement, following company policies and procedures
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital photo printing and banner printing
* Take on web order responsibilities, including processing and fulfilling orders
* Assist with maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a clean and safe store environment
* Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
**Preparation and Self-Improvement:**
* Attend training and complete PPLs (Performance Progress Learning) as assigned by management or corporate
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Familiarity with company policies and procedures
