Join Our Multicultural Talent Acquisition Team
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting Area: Assist the Recruiting team in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose New Alternatives: Develop and propose new alternatives to identify candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Job Portal Management: Manage notices in different job portals with which we work, evaluating candidates who apply to them.
- Professional Profile Analysis: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proactivity and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Marked attention to detail in daily work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Previous Work Experience: 1 year of previous work experience (a plus, but not required).
- Advanced English Level: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
