**Job Summary**

**Requirements**
* 3-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a server farm environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
* CompTIA Network+ and BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred
* Experience working in a server farm environment
* Knowledge of server farm cycles and configuration (power, cooling, redundancy)
* Experience with link management and knowledge of how to run fiber and copper in a server farm
