**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract with potential for extension. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for entering claims in compliance with established procedures, meeting production and quality standards, and identifying and resolving eligibility edits. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter claims in compliance with established procedures and meet production and quality standards
* Identify and resolve eligibility edits
* Refer all other edits to Claims Examiners
* Work with multiple monitors and navigate through various software systems
* Enter data into data management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
* Meet daily metrics and adapt to daily/weekly changes
* Prioritize work assigned and respond to calls and emails throughout the workday
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entered
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the insurance and financial products industry
* Strong background in working with data management systems and software applications
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily metrics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with insurance products, such as medical or dental
* Experience working with provider data demographics
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
* Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
* Ability to work with multiple monitors and navigate through various software systems
* Experience in a production work environment
* Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to daily/weekly changes
* Reliable and self-managed individual with excellent time management skills
