Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies

- Ensuring all data entry tasks are completed within specified deadlines, meeting or exceeding performance expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and guidance
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus, but not required
