**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Analyst to join our team. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data within our systems. You will be responsible for monitoring and updating data in a timely manner, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, and collaborating closely with our Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Data Management**: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring that all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
* **Data Validation**: Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, and prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data for the Sales Team.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, providing necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
* **Process Improvement**: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs, and proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
* **Documentation**: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action, ensuring consistency in data entry and reporting.
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
* **Attention to Detail**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
* **Analytical Skills**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality, and experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Sales Experience**: Experience in sales or lead qualification processes, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead qualification techniques.
