**What to Expect**
As a Data Collection Operator at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in the world. You'll work closely with our engineers and technicians to gather data, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback on device performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Walking a pre-determined check path each day to gather data
* Wearing a motion capture suit and performing various actions and moves based on task requirements
* Starting and stopping recording devices and performing minor device and software debugging
* Providing feedback on device performance
* Analyzing and filing data collected during the shift
* Uploading data collected and writing daily reports detailing observations and issues
* Ensuring assigned device is in good working condition and safely transported to different collection sites
* Communicating with management to address any issues that arise
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
* The ability to walk 7+ hours a day while wearing up to 30 pounds of equipment
* A height between 5'7" and 5'11" to accommodate motion capture suits
* Excellent physical fitness, body coordination, and kinesthetic awareness
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts and one weekend day per week
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and drive locally
* Ability to adapt performance based on feedback and take the lead when necessary
* Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
* Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software, mechanical experience a plus
* Experience using VR devices a plus
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and writing reports/documentation
