**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via voice calls and/or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and communicate these insights to the team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes
**Requirements**
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
* 2 years of experience in a customer support role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
