About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, based anywhere in Puerto Rico. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure the best possible customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders, in a timely and professional manner
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and provide guidance on placing new orders online, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Document issues in Confluence, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible
- Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements with flexibility and enthusiasm
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with PDF Editor and phone systems
- Document manipulation experience, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 55 wpm, and the ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations, think critically, and anticipate issues before they arise
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- A strong understanding of the legal services industry, with knowledge of court procedures and document filing requirements
