Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You will be responsible for managing the help insight of our global last-mile logistics platform, improving the quality of the customer assistance experience, and collaborating with help partners (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets arenaflex expectations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and utilize existing reporting to identify areas to improve performance metrics and productivity through quality checking - Implement quality monitoring programs that result in measurable social changes in Colleagues (agents) - Collaborate with training and content to establish compliance with new launches, processes, and policies - Maintain multiple site quality performance within an aligned objective - Perform business review with Help Partner Teams - Identify, recommend, and implement process and project improvements - Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs - Recognize and analyze trends early and frequently - Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four additional years of work experience in quantitative or business areas. You should have experience driving projects excellence and quality improvements across multiple help sites, and be analytical and data-driven with experience refining large datasets to meaningful insights. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with quality monitoring and improvement programs Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and briefly. You should be efficient and detail-oriented, with perfect organization and completely finish capabilities.
