About the Role

The Customer Care organization at blithequark is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our growing customer base. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in interpreting consumers' grievances, offering solutions, and educating them on credit bureau processes. This position is remote, with the requirement to work from home in the US, preferably within 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office. You will be part of a dynamic team that reports to the Supervisor, Customer Care, and contributes to creating opportunities for consumers, businesses, and society during significant life events.
