We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing support to our authorized independent US and Canadian dealers and company-owned locations for our products in the Commercial Division. As the key point of contact for customers and field sales representatives, you will provide order management services, including order quoting, processing, fulfillment, review, entry, dispatch, and support. Your critical analysis of the fulfillment process will help us drive results, long-term solutions, and meet customer needs.
