About the Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely on an 'open availability' contract basis, ensuring that we're always available to help our customers, 24/7. Your shift pattern will change on a weekly basis, and you'll be required to work some weekends, with guaranteed time off during the week.
